To proceed with a warranty claim for your Fujitsu system, you’ll need to provide the following:

  • Contact details - name, address, email and phone number
  • Proof of purchase – a copy of your tax invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase
  • Model number of your Fujitsu unit for both indoor and outdoor unit
  • Serial number of the unit for both indoor and outdoor unit

This information allows us to verify your warranty coverage and lodge the claim on your behalf with Fujitsu General.
